This bag is in great condition! It is black with a light gray interior. There is one outer pocket with a clasp. Inside is a padded sleeve for electronics. On the other side is a compartment with smaller sleeves and pen slots. There are also two, small inner pockets, one that zippers closed and one open. Measures 15 x 4 inches with a depth of about 11.5 inches.
